Set the direction.
Get everyone there.
Ridgeback Civil is a made-up civil construction business running on Apex. Step into anyone's shoes, from the owner to the newest team member. Each person sees only what they should, including the decisions the board is holding until the time is right.
A read-only demo with a made-up company, so look around freely. Then switch person and compare what each one sees.
Founding customers get early access and a say in what we build first.
Board View is for the board and the executive team.
Your view of the plan starts in Satellite View, where you can see your part of each goal and how it links to the bigger picture.
How the business is standing up
The eight numbers
Ask the database directly for one of the items the board is holding, by its ID, the same way any app or AI agent acting for this person would.
Some decisions aren't ready for the whole team. Apex holds them until they are.
Decide
The owner or board sets the change, the timing and what must come first. Only they can see it.
Release and plan
At the right moment it moves into North, where each level works out its part.
Deliver and track
Tasks, meetings and dashboards keep it on time, and everyone can see progress.
A release is governed. Ridgeback's policy is that the owner approves. The person releasing writes the new, visible wording, so nothing from the confidential original crosses over.
